Once again, Arlington EATS will be holding our ‘beats for EATS’ event; I hope you will join us Saturday, March 11th at Arlington Town Hall for a fantastic night! Doors open at 7:30pm with live music, hors d’oeuvres (many by Something Savory), a cash bar and a fabulous silent auction. DJ and dancing kickoff at 9:30pm, and tickets cost $35 in advance, $40 at the door.
This year, Arlington EATS is going high tech with mobile silent auction bidding and ticket sales. You can purchase tickets and place bids online quickly and easily with your smartphone or mobile device. Visit www.501auctions.com/
This year’s fundraiser is especially important as there is a bill in the House of Representatives that is attempting to cut free and reduced price lunch benefits to kids in need. This bill and others that may come are going to make programs like ours even more essential in the future. If you can’t make it to the event but would like to support the program, buying a sponsor ticket for one of our families or bidding on an auction item from afar, is a great way to do it.
We are also looking for volunteers the day of the event. If you are willing to donate an hour or two of your time, please sign up here.
